Trump's Tough Talk Works: Hamas Hostage Deal Shows Strength

My friends, the Left will never learn.

American weakness does not keep us safe.

It actually provokes our enemies.

Feckless leadership over the past four years has emboldened them, not tough talk or mean tweets.

Case in point: in early December, Donald Trump warned Hamas they’d have “hell to pay” if hostages weren’t released by Inauguration Day.

And now, reports say Hamas is prepared to release 33 hostages in the first phase of a ceasefire.

Cause and effect, my friends.

This reminds me of the Iranian Hostage Crisis in 1981, when Americans held in Tehran for 444 days were released the very day Ronald Reagan was inaugurated.

It’s good to be nice to decent people.

But it’s really bad to think it will work with the wicked.
