For the first time in American history, a Speaker of the House has been voted out of their position. Rep. Patrick McHenry of North Carolina is the interim House speaker.
Some thoughts: I don’t understand why people defend the status quo so much when the status quo is killing this country.
We are in a serious mess. Keeping it on autopilot is not the answer.
Demanding Congress make adult decisions is not the problem; avoiding them is.
