Kamala's 'Freedom' Story: When Truth Meets Political Theater

By now, you’ve probably heard Kamala tell a story that is remarkably similar to an anecdote told by Martin Luther King Junior in 1965.

In Kamala’s version of the story, she was fussing as a young child.

Her mother asked, “Baby, what do you want? What do you need?”

Kamala allegedly responded, “Freedom.”

You can decide if you believe that.

But what you can believe is that Kamala is afraid to debate Trump.

She went from daring Trump to “say it to her face” on a debate stage to demanding that she sit in a chair at the debate and bring her own little cheat sheet of notes.

I can’t really blame her, my friends.

As Kamala would probably say, she should be “afraid.”

Very, very “afraid.”
