California's Election Counting: When Government Fails Simple Tasks

My friends, Election Day was two weeks ago.

And for some reason, California is still counting votes in 2 House races.

Fortunately, Republicans will control the House. We just don’t know if they will have a 5, 7, or 9-seat majority.

And it’s all because California can’t count.

There is absolutely no excuse for this.

The government has an amazing ability to take an extraordinarily simple task and make it unnecessarily complex and convoluted.

The City of Santa Barbara, California, recently considered declaring Chick-Fil-A a “public nuisance” because of long drive-thru lines.

I wonder if the city considers the state’s handling of the election a public nuisance.

I sure do.

But the funny thing is, Chuck-Fil-A would’ve had those votes counted 2 weeks ago.

And it would’ve been their pleasure.
