President Biden gave a campaign style speech Wednesday evening from the Oval Office. The speech was supposed to explain why he dropped out of the 2024 race, but all he did was set the stage for Kamala Harris.  It’s being reported that President Biden was threatened with the 25th Amendment to force him to step down.
